Return Process

  Log into your GainzAlgo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Hardware Lab

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit back to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
